ABOUT THE WORK

"The Muni Bus in San Francisco has always been my way of getting around. They take you just about anywhere you want to go in the city. With all the great parks that San Francisco has to offer, you can just jump on the bus and get to one. The 43 Masonic will take you right through The Presidio, one of my favorite places to escape the hectic urban landscape. I thought it would be fun to have some of the animals of the Bay Area, (along with Bigfoot of course) going for a ride on the bus through the Presidio."Andy Stattmiller

This work is included in the "Urban Tides: A San Francisco Story" group exhibition at Voss Gallery (July 13 - August 17, 2024).
