Voss Gallery’s [The Down Low] presents “Down the Rabbit Hole,” an artist-in-residence exhibition of contemporary figurative paintings by The Tracy Piper that respond to the current social and political landscape, as well as the larger implications of a world on pause.

The exhibition is on view August 5 - September 5, 2020. A virtual reception with the artist will be held on Instagram Live (@vossgallery) on Friday, August 14, 7-8PM; RSVP is encouraged for event updates and special promotions. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday, 12-6PM or by appointment. Paintings included in the exhibition were created during Piper’s artist-in-residence with Voss Gallery, June-July 2020.

THE TRACY PIPER (b. Oakland, CA, 1987) is an ex-circus performer-turned-figurative painter based in San Francisco, CA. She has shown at SCOPE, SELECT, and SPECTRUM in Miami, FL; stARTup Art Fair in San Francisco, CA; SCOPE New York, NY; Art San Diego, CA; Superfine! Fair, Los Angeles, CA; and exhibits internationally. In 2017 Tracy competed on the GSNTV show “Skin Wars: Fresh Paint” and emerged victorious! She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration with distinction from California College of the Arts.
