Juror's Choice Award
"Paradise is Home; Sitting on the Floor Bathed in Saturated Light" by Veronica Zavel
"Veronica’s work as a whole embodies a vibrant stillness that sets a tone for any space. I have recently installed her work in a group exhibition last year, and it’s been lovely to see her grow as an artist. Both her smaller and large scale pieces are very down to earth, the stories she illustrates are relatable, through a soft feminine lens."—Haylee Barsky, guest juror
Honorable Mention
"Reverie v.5-Spring" by KNZN
"I love the palette and layers behind this piece. It feels like you are witnessing a deeply personal moment as there’s a lot of soul and ambiguity behind the subject. The airy, painterly brush strokes add a sense of calmness to the person. This is the kind of artwork that makes you interested to know more about what is the story that needs to be told."—Haylee Barsky, guest juror
Honorable Mention
"Sunday Tasks" by Annika Layne
"I love interior design interpretations because they can illustrate memories, inner-child reflections or where we go to be our more comfortable selves. The warm orange hues, light contrasts and minimalism give this piece a meditative feeling."—Haylee Barsky, guest juror
