Ingrid V. Wells "Glimmers" Solo Exhibition
Installation photos from Glimmers, a solo exhibition of 20 new oil paintings by Ingrid V. Wells that examines the psychology of glimmers–safety cues that induce calmness–to serve as an antidote to triggering or negative experiences. This body of work is an artist’s direct response to the pandemic and its effects on mental health in the Bay Area.
The exhibition is on view September 22 - October 16, 2021. A reception with the artist will be held on Saturday, Oct. 9th, 6-9PM. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday, 12-6PM or by appointment.
