ABOUT THE WORK

This work was included in the "Postcards from Paradise" juried group exhibition at Voss Gallery (May 26 - July 1, 2023).

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Eli is an active artist based out of San Francisco, California. Finding his way to the Bay from Denver, CO he attended and received a BFA from the California College of the Arts (printmaking). He has found success as a painter, designer, fabricator, and art restorer. All while continuing to ride his bike and show art across SF and beyond. He is the creator of Spoke Monsters and the Dun4Zine as well as Co-creator/ co-host of the Game Show Show. Eli loves painting walls, engaging with the community, and working with youth as well as creating music and performing. His art is an interpretation of his environment as well as an escape from it. He finds inspiration in many forms including crowded spaces, ancient masks, classic cartoons, and primitive animations. Making art makes Eli happy.

HANGING & CARE

Artwork is ready to hang on the wall; hanging wire is secured on the back (nail and hook needed). Dust raw canvas with a clean, soft brush and HEPA-filtered vacuum to clean. Using a new, clean brush prevents transfer of grime from previous dustings.
